Our duck is cared for in a free to roam environment on small family duck farms throughout Northern Indiana. Maple Leaf Farms prioritizes our duck well-being with our Trident Stewardship program.

Our All Natural Rendered Duck Fat brings delicious flavor and texture whether sautéing, baking, or making sauces. Duck fat is 40% lower in saturated fat than butter or pork fat. In fact, it is lower in saturated fat than any other meat fat! The higher smoking point allows for better browning. Get crispier potatoes and fries, pan fry meat, add flavor to sautéed vegetables, or add rich flavor to soup & stews. Our Duck Fat even enhances the flakiness in pastries and pie crust.
