Our All Natural Whole Duck with Orange Sauce is lightly marinated in water & sea salt to keep it moist during your creative culinary experience. Roast whole, cut up, or save the carcass for duck stock. Use the convenient orange sauce as a glaze or on the side for dipping.

Orange Sauce Ingredients:
Orange juice, water, turbinado sugar, corn starch, citric acid, sea salt, canola oil, dried torula yeast, guar gum, natural flavor, spice, dehydrated onion

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 2-3 hours
Ready Time: 2-3 hours

Cooking Instructions

    If frozen, thaw out in refrigerator for 36 - 48 hours.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Remove from bag. Remove neck, giblets, and orange sauce packet from body cavity.

    Dab duck with paper towels.

  • 5

    Season to taste.

    Roast uncovered, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan for 26 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F (82 degrees C), measured at the thigh joint.

    The legs move freely and juices run clear when duck is done.

    Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
