    2 Maple Leaf Farms Boneless Duck Breasts, thawed, skin removed

    1 1/2 cups Tomato Ketchup

  • 3

    3 Tbsps. Brown Sugar

  • 4

    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

  • 5

    1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

  • 6

    1 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar

  • 7

    1 tsp. Ground Red Hot Pepper Flakes

  • 8

    1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

    Mix all ingredients (except duck breasts) in the crock pot, stirring well. Add the skinless duck, coating it well in the sauce. Cook on high 3-4 hours, or until duck is fully cooked all the way through.

    Remove duck breasts from sauce; let cool until it can be handled. Shred or cut up the duck, and replace it in the BBQ sauce in the pot. Mix so the duck is completely coated.

    Serve on a toasted bun.

    Optional: Top with pre-made slaw mixture.
