One of the best things about duck is how easily it bridges the gap between beef and poultry! By looking and cooking like red meat but being poultry and sharing physical similarities to that of other poultry products, duck can be used in place of almost any type of meat! With a variety of different cuts of duck and duck products, there are so many ways to incorporate duck into any recipe in the kitchen.
