ACF Honors Maple Leaf Farms

The American Culinary Federation (ACF) recently honored Maple Leaf Farms for its continued support of the organization’s American Academy of Chefs® honor society. The Academy’s primary mission is to promote the education of all culinarians through mentoring programs, awarding scholarships to students seeking a future in the culinary industry, and providing grants to professional working chefs looking to further their career.

The ACF also thanked Maple Leaf Farms for its annual support of the ACF National Convention and other ACF events that support their mission and help educated culinary students learn about duck.
