NFL Gets a Taste of Duck

As many gathered this past weekend for Super Bowl parties, guests at the Taste of the NFL in Hollywood, Florida dined on dishes prepared by over 40 prominent chefs from around the country.
Billed as "The Party with a Purpose," the 2020 Taste of the NFL brought together top chefs, NFL players, coaches, celebrities and major food and beverage companies to raise money in support of food banks across the United States. The annual strolling food and wine event features a chef from each NFL city serving their signature dish.
At this year’s event, Chef Craig Baker showcased Maple Leaf Farms duck breast in his appetizer and represented the Indianapolis Colts.
Chef Baker is an award-winning chef and consultant from Indianapolis. Maple Leaf Farms has collaborated with him on numerous events, culinary competitions and at his restaurants. Over the years he has opened 28 restaurants and hotels across North America and the Bahamas.
The Taste of the NFL, held annually on the eve of the Super Bowl, is one of the most coveted tickets of Super Bowl week. It is a unique way for fans to experience exceptional cuisine, meet NFL players and coaches, and support the fight against hunger.
