Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

    If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Remove from bag and place in a shallow baking pan.

    Bake 15-20 minutes.

Grill
  • 1

    If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight.

    Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on a rack and heat for 10 minutes.

    Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until throughly heated.

Air-Fryer
  • 1

    If frozen, defrost overnight.

  • 2

    Pre-heat air-fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Separate half duck into two portions.

  • 4

    Arrange portions on tray so they do not overlap.

  • 5

    Air-fry for 12 minutes.

  • 6

    Carefully remove product and allow to rest 1-2 minutes before serving.
