Duck Burger Bowl
Deconstruct your burger to make this tasty meal! With pickles, tomatoes, cheese, ground duck, don't forget the duck fat fries for it's finishing touch!

Ingredients

1 tbsp. Duck Fat

12 oz. Ground Duck

1 ½ cups Yukon gold potatoes

1 tsp salt, divided

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp. Garlic Powder, divided

1 tsp onion powder, divided

½ tsp pepper
-
½ tsp. Paprika
-
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt

1 Tbsp. Relish

1 tbsp. ketchup
-
2 tsp. Yellow Mustard

1 Tbsp White Vinegar

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 roma tomato, diced

½ cup dill pickle slices

1 cup fat free cheddar cheese

Preheat air-fryer to 400 degrees. Chop potatoes into matchsticks. Toss with duck fat and half the salt and air fry for 15-20 minutes.

Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Mix ground duck with ½ tsp. garlic powder, ½ tsp. onion powder, ½ tsp. salt, and pepper.

Brown ground duck and onion slices in pan for 7 minutes.

Mix together remaining garlic and onion powder with paprika, plain yogurt, relish, mustard, ketchup, and vinegar to make burger sauce.

Assemble the bowls with romaine lettuce at the bottom topped with the ground duck and onion mixture, duck fat potatoes, roma tomato, pickles, cheese, and burger sauce. Serve immediately.
