Duck Fat Parmesan Carrots
If you are wanting something that is quick and easy this is the dish for you. Only using a simple 8 ingredients, this delicious sweet, savory and seasoned dish is perfect for a get-together!

Ingredients

3 Tbsp Duck Fat

1 lb. Small Carrot

1 tsp Salt

½ tsp Pepper

1 tsp Paprika

¼ Cup Grated Parmesan

1 tbsp. fresh thyme

1 tbsp. honey

Preheat oven to 415 degrees. Peel and slice carrots in half in 3-4 in pieces.

Melt duck fat. Mix in salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread 2 tbsp. of duck fat mixture evenly around a nonstick baking sheet then save the rest in a bowl.

Mix parmesan into the duck fat mixture in the bottom of the pan until a paste forms.

Place carrots flat side down and brush the top side with the remaining duck fat.

Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Drizzle honey over carrots, and garnish with thyme and serve.
