BBQ Crock Pot Duck

Bbq crockpot duck

So easy to make right in your slow cooker!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Tomato Ketchup

  • 3 Tbsps Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar

  • 1 tsp Ground Red Hot Pepper Flakes

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

    Mix all ingredients (except duck breasts) in the crock pot, stirring well.

    Carefully remove the skin from the duck breasts and place in the crock pot, coating them well with the sauce.

    Cook on high 3-4 hours, or until duck is fully cooked all the way through.

    Remove duck breasts from sauce; let cool until it can be handled.

    Shred or cut up the duck, and place it back in the crock pot. Mix until completely coated with the sauce.

    Serve on a toasted bun.

    Optional: Top with pre-made slaw mixture.
