Duck Bacon Loaded Tots
A classic simple snack with just the right amount of crunch. Sprinkle the baked tater tots with green onions duck bacon and sour cream for a late night snack!
Ingredients

8 oz. Duck Bacon

4 Cups Tater Tots

1 tsp. duck fat or cooking oil

1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp. Sour Cream

1 bunch Green Onions, thinly sliced
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. To a lined baking sheet or skillet, add tater tots and toss with duck fat/cooking oil. Bake for 20 minutes.

Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Place single layer of duck bacon in skillet. Cook 2-4 minutes per side. Remove bacon to paper towels. Repeat until all bacon has been cooked.

Chop Duck Bacon into crumbles.

Once tater tots have baked, top tots with cheddar and duck bacon crumbles. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Top with sour cream and green onions and serve.
