Duck Brats In A Blanket

1 Tube of Crescent Rolls

8 Cheddar Cheese Slices

1 Egg

1 Tsp. Dried Thyme Leaves

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut Duck Brats in half. Separate crescent rolls into triangles.

Place a slice of cheese on each crescent roll. Roll 1 Duck Brat half into each crescent roll with cheese. Place on a greased baking sheet.

Whisk egg with a dash of water. Brush Duck Brats in a blanket with egg wash.

Sprinkle with thyme leaves.

Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
