Duck Carnitas
Grab your favorite tortillas and don't forget the orange juice and cola to make these delicious tacos! Prepared in the same style of traditional pork carnitas, the meat will come out tender and flavorful for everyone to enjoy!
Ingredients

1 tsp. Salt

2 Tbsp. Cumin

2 Tbsp. Chili Powder

1 Cup Orange Juice

1 Cup Cola

Juice of 2 Limes

6 Garlic Cloves, Crushed

8 Corn Tortillas

½ Cup Cilantro, Finely Chopped

1 White Onion, Diced

1 Tbsp. Cooking Oil

Place Duck Legs in a medium slow cooker and evenly sprinkle salt, cumin, and chili powder on top. Add in garlic.

Pour in the orange juice, cola, and lime juice.

Cover and cook for 3.5 hours on high in the slow cooker.

Remove the duck legs from the slow cooker and shred the meat.

Heat the cooking oil in large pan on medium-high heat then sear the duck carnitas meat in the pan for 2-3 minutes.

Serve duck carnitas meat in tortillas topped with cilantro and onions.
