Duck & Dumplings
It's that time of year where what you make in the kitchen can keep you warm as the temperature starts to change. This recipe makes enough for a friend's and family dinner or you can keep the leftovers for the busy days where you just don't want to make dinner!
Ingredients

1 Large White Onion, Diced

2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup

ΒΌ Cup Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped

2 Cups Chicken Broth

1 Cup Frozen Veggies

1 Can Refrigerated Biscuits
Directions

Carefully remove the skin off each Duck Breast. Place duck breast in a large crock pot with the diced onion. Sprinkle parsley on top.

Pour cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over duck breast and onions. Stir, then turn the slow cooker to high and cook for 3-4 hours.

Cut biscuit rounds into sixths. Sprinkle vegetables over slow cooker mix and top with biscuits. Cover and cook for 1 more hour.

Remove duck breast and shred with a fork.

Add duck breast back in the slow cooker, mix, and serve.
