Duck Fat Brussels Sprouts
Add savory flavor to Brussels sprouts with duck fat.
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Maple Leaf Farms Rendered Duck Fat, divided

1/4 cup Onion, minced

1 lb. Brussels Sprouts, halved with stems removed

1 large Garlic Clove, minced

Salt and Pepper, to taste

Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon duck fat and coat bottom of pan. Add onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Add remaining duck fat to pan, along with sprouts and garlic. Toss to coat evenly. Cook 3-4 minutes, tossing every minute. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper, to taste. Toss once more and cook for 1 additional minute.

Remove pan from heat. Serve and enjoy.
