Duck Fat Fried Pickles
Fry these up in minutes! It only takes 15 minutes to make these delicious treats! Duck Fat, seasoning, pickles, happy taste buds!
Ingredients

3-4 Cups Duck Fat

16 oz. jar of pickle chips, drained

1 1/4 cup flour

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp salt

½ cup buttermilk
-
1 egg
-
Ranch for dipping

Heat Duck Fat to 365 degrees in sauce pan

Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.

Whisk egg and buttermilk together.

Dip pickle chips into egg and buttermilk mixture, then dredge them in flour mixture until fully coated.

Fry pickle chips in duck fat for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately with ranch on the side.
