Duck Focaccia Pizza
Ready within half an hour, this pizza's focaccia crust is permeated with sun-dried tomato marinara and pairs perfectly with duck!
Ingredients

6 Prepared Focaccia Bread Rounds, 7"

12 oz Sun-dried Tomato Marinara Sauce

12 oz Sun-dried Tomatoes

12 oz Provolone Cheese, sliced

6 oz Garlic Cloves, roasted

2 Maple Leaf Farms Boneless Duck Breasts, skin removed and cooked according to package directions
(Can substitute Ground Duck Meat, Roast Half Duck, or Pulled Duck Leg Meat)

3 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, minced

To cook the duck breast follow the directions on the package.

Cut the cooked duck breast into bite-sized pieces.

Spread 2 ounces of marinara sauce on focaccia. Top with sun-dried tomatoes, provolone cheese slices, roasted garlic cloves and duck.

Sprinkle with minced rosemary.

Place on sheet pan and bake at 400°F for 13-15 minutes.
