Duck Fondue

Ingredients

  • 12 Oz. Ground Duck

  • ½ Cup Panko

  • ½ White Onion, Minced

  • ½ Tsp Pepper

  • Hoisin Sauce

  • Sweet Thai Chili Sauce

  • Broccoli

  • Mushrooms

  • Frying Oil

  • Fondue Pot

  • Fondue Skewers

    Cube the raw duck breast into pieces.

  • 2

    Mix the ground duck with panko and onion. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

    Shred roast half duck into large bite size pieces

  • 4

    Fill fondue pot with oil and set to 375 degrees F.

  • 5

    Carefully place duck breast cubes, duck meatballs, roast half duck pieces, broccoli, and mushrooms on fondue skewers.

    Cook duck breast and duck meatballs in hot oil for 1-2 minutes or until brown.

  • 7

    Cook roast half duck in hot oil for 30 second to a minute.

  • 8

    Cook vegetables in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.

  • 9

    Serve with sweet thai chili and hoisin sauce.
