Duck Spinach Artichoke Dip
A classic gameday snack with a Duck twist! Our Duck Confit is blended with spinach, artichokes, garlic and a cheese blend to create this delicious dip.

Ingredients

2 Duck Confit Legs, Defrosted

14 oz. Artichoke Hearts, Marination Drained

2 Cups Frozen Spinach, Thawed & Drained

¼ Cup Shallot

4 Cloves Garlic

¾ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

4 oz. Low Fat Cream Cheese

¼ Parmesan

1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

Tortilla chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake Duck Confit for 15 minutes.

In the food processor, add artichokes, shallot, and garlic in and pulse together.

Shred duck confit into bite sized pieces once cooked.

Blend together yogurt, parmesan, and cream cheese in a bowl. Add duck confit pieces, artichoke mix, and spinach to cheese and stir until combined.

Scoop mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake for 25 min and serve hot with tortilla chips!
