Flying Duckman Burger
The famous Flying Dutchman Burger, with duck! With onions as the bun, and a sauce made up of mayo, Worcestershire, ketchup and more to add all the flavor, just don't forget a napkin!
Ingredients

12 oz. Ground Duck

¼ Cup panko

1 tsp. salt

½ Tbsp. oil

1 extra-large white onion

6 slices American cheese

1/4 Cup mayo
-
2 Tbsp. Ketchup

2 Tbsp. Relish

1 tsp Worcestershire

1 tsp vinegar

Mix ground duck, salt, and panko. Form into 4 balls. Press out into patties.

In a large skillet on medium heat, press the ground duck balls into thin patties. Cook for about 3 minutes per side. Add a slice of cheese on top of all 4 patties and cook for 1 more minute.

Remove patties and cover with foil while resting.

Add oil to the pan on medium high heat. Slice onion into thick slices. Sauté the 4 largest onion slices in the pan on medium heat for 3 minutes per side. Add cheese to 2 of the onion slices and let melt.

Top the onions with the melted cheese with 2 patties each. Place the other onion slices without cheese on the top of the patty stacks.

Mix mayo, Worcestershire, ketchup, relish, and vinegar to make sauce.

Serve the flying dutchman duck burger with sauce for dipping.
