Honey Garlic Duck Wings
A simple and delicious recipe, this dish is perfect for your summer and fall tailgates! With the crispy skin, courtesy of the fryer, these wings are covered in a wonderful garlic and honey sauce for a perfect sweet and savory treat!

2 lbs. Duck Wings

½ Cup Honey

12 Garlic Cloves, Minced

¼ Cup Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp. Butter

1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

¼ Cup Brown Sugar

¼ Cup Scallions, Thinly Sliced

Oil for frying

Preheat your oil in a large saucepan or fryer to 360 degrees.

Deep fry duck wings for 3-5 minutes.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter on medium-high. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice to pan and stir until brown sugar dissolves.
