Loaded Duck Nachos
This tasty recipe is a Tucker family favorite. With shredded duck over top tortilla chips and the delicious Tucker family salsa as the finishing touch of this dish, this is sure to be a go-to tailgate recipe or snack for family gatherings that everyone is sure to love!
Ingredients

1 Roast Half Duck

8 oz. Tortilla Chips

8 oz. Shredded Mexican Melting Cheese, like Chihuahua

1/2 Cup Cilantro, Finely Chopped

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

1 Avocado, Diced

½ Red Onion, Diced

1 Can Tomatoes with Green Chiles

2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

½ tsp. Sugar

½ tsp Salt
-
Juice of a lime

1 Jalapeno, Sliced (Optional)

Sour Cream for Garnish (Optional)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake Roast Half Duck for 15 minutes or according to packaging instructions.

Shred Roast Half Duck once cool into bite size pieces.

Lay tortilla chips out on a foiled sheet pan. Scatter duck pieces over the tortillas chips then sprinkle the cheese over. Bake at 375 for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts.

Combine canned tomatoes with garlic, red onion, lime juice, 2 Tbsp. cilantro, apple cider vinegar, and sugar to make salsa.

Remove the nachos from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

Top nachos with salsa, avovado, jalapeno slices, and sour cream to your liking. Serve immediately.
