Sticky Duck Wings
Try this simple and easy recipe for any get-together! Make a delicious sauce full of delicious flavor to coat the wings in and the crowd will eat them in minutes!
Ingredients

2 lbs. Duck Wing Drumettes

3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

3 Tbsp. Hoisin

3 Tbsp. Ketchup

2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar

½ tsp. Sesame oil

2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar

1 Tbsp. Chili Sauce
-
1/2 tsp. Five Spice

1 Tbsp. Ginger, grated

6 cloves Garlic, minced

Sliced Green Onions for Garnish

Sesame Seeds for Garnish

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place duck wings on a greased foil lined baking sheet. Bake duck wings for 13 minutes.

Mix soy sauce, hoisin, ketchup, brown sugar, sesame oil, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, chili sauce, five spice, ginger, and garlic in a large bowl.

Let duck wings cool then toss wings in the sauce to coat.

Bring oven down to 375 degrees. Place the duck wings back on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Baste with extra sauce half way through.

Top with green onions and sesame seeds to serve.
