Australian Duck Burgers

Australian Duck Burgers

Level up your burger with Aussie Duck Burgers! What makes a burger Australian? Aussies love to top their burgers "with the lot" with unique ingredients like beet root, pineapple, rocket (arugula), and of course BBQ sauce in addition to traditional burger toppings. Our Ground Duck blended with panko makes a delicious patty to take centerstage in this dish. We recommend serving this recipe with a Liv's favorite traditional Australian side - Duck Fat Fries seasoned with chicken salt with chili sauce on the side for dipping. The sweet and salty flavors of this recipe pair wonderfully with a buttery Chardonnay from the wineries of West Australia.
