Duck Bacon Deviled Eggs
These deviled eggs with a duck twist are easy to make and great for brunches or parties.
Ingredients

6 Eggs, large

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

3 slices Maple Leaf Farms Duck Bacon

1/2 tsp Mustard, dried

1 Tbsp Parsley Flakes, dried

Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, freshly ground, to taste

In a saucepan, place eggs in a single layer; add enough water to cover the eggs. Bring water to a boil and cook for 12 minutes. Remove eggs from water and let cool.

In a skillet on medium-high heat, place duck bacon in a single layer; fry for 4 minutes. Turn over and fry an additional 4 minutes. Let cool then finely chop the bacon; set 1 slice aside for garnish.

Peel and halve the hard-boiled eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks and add them to a medium bowl.

Mash the yolks with a fork and stir in the mayonnaise, 2 slices of chopped duck bacon, dried mustard and parsley. Add salt and pepper, to taste, and blend well using a mixer.

Place egg whites on plate. Fill the egg whites evenly with the yolk mixture and garnish with rest of duck bacon. Serve cold.
