Duck Stuffed Pretzel Bites
Pretzel bites stuffed with delicious Roast Half Duck and cheddar cheese. This recipe is great for a game day snack!

Ingredients

1 Roast Half Duck, Defrosted

1 Can Premade Pizza Dough

1 Tbsp. Baking Soda

1 Eggs, Beaten with 1 Tbsp Water Added

1 Tbsp. Kosher Salt

½ Cup Water

6 oz. Cheddar, Cubed

Mustard for Dipping

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place Roast Half Duck on a baking sheet then bake for 15-20 minutes.

Shred and chop Roast Half Duck into bite size pieces

Roll out dough and cut into 12 Pieces. Place 1 Tbsp. Roast Half Duck and one cube on each piece of dough. Fold dough over and seal edges together.

Heat ½ water for 1 minute then stir in baking soda.

Brush baking soda water mix over each pretzel bite. Let stand for about 5 minutes.

Brush pretzel bites with egg wash and sprinkle with salt.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with mustard for dipping.
