Position: Distribution Center General Laborer 2nd Shift

Maple Leaf Farms is searching for a skilled individual to fill the position of General Labor on 1st & 2nd shift in the Distribution Center. The position will perform receiving, picking, and shipping duties at the distribution center, ensuring accuracy and quality. Additionally, will complete all necessary paperwork and reports, and assist the supervisor to ensure that all daily requirements are completed following Corporate and USDA guidelines.

The successful candidate will have experience in the warehouse/shipping environment, strong math skills, ability to communicate effectively and to repetitively lift up to 50lbs in a freezer environment. Experience working in a computerized environment would be a plus. Must have the ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and turret truck.
