1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
Per Serving

1
7 Inch Sheeted Pizza Dough, Rich's product
-
2
Cornmeal, for dusting dough

Score duck breast skin in 1/4" intervals, making a criss-cross pattern. Over low to medium-low heat, place skin side down for approximately 8-12 minutes (or until fat is rendered and skin is crisp and brown.) Place breasts in a 400 degree oven for 3-4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Let rest 3-4 minutes.
-
2
Remove skin from duck breast and discard. Thinly slice duck breast, slicing across the grain.
-
3
Combine ranch dressing, jalapeno and cilantro. Refrigerate until using.
