Duck Feta Pasta

We are topping the TikTok famous Feta Pasta recipe with Duck Breast! Delicious roasted cherry tomatoes, feta, and garlic are blended into a sauce with bowtie pasta and fresh basil.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes

  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 8 oz. Feta Cheese Block

  • 6 Cloves of Garlic

  • ½ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1 tsp. Oregano

  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

  • 8 oz. Bowtie Pasta, Cooked

  • ½ Cup Fresh Basil

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a deep pan, place a block of feta cheese in the middle. Pour cherry tomatoes and garlic on the sides. Drizzle the pan with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and oregano. Toss tomatoes and garlic.

    Bake feta and tomato mixture in the oven for 30 minutes.

    Score duck breast skin in 1/4" intervals, being careful not to cut into the meat. Rotate breast and score again, making a crisscross pattern. Season with salt & pepper.

    Place duck skin side down in sauté pan, cover and cook for 10 minutes on medium low heat to render fat.

    Place duck breast on a pan and cook in the oven at 400 degrees for 6 - 8 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let duck breast rest for 5 minutes then thinly slice.

    Mash feta, garlic, and tomatoes together with a fork. Add in bowtie pasta and mix. Mix in fresh basil.

    Serve with duck breast slices fanned out on top of pasta.
